Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Saigo Limited ("Subzero", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15603435, with its registered office at 3b Lockheed Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, England. Subzero.money is a trading name of Saigo Limited.
By creating an account or using subzero.money you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Free forever
Subzero is provided free of charge. There are no fees, subscriptions or in-app purchases inside the product. If that ever changes, we'll tell you first and you can walk away before anything is charged.
Who can use Subzero
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You must own the Google account you connect, or have permission to connect it.
- You must use Subzero for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure — anyone with access to it can access your Subzero account. Let us know at hello@subzero.money if you think your account has been compromised.

Your data stays yours
You retain ownership of everything associated with your inbox and account. You grant Subzero a limited, revocable licence to process that data solely to power your dashboard and the features you turn on. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use your inbox contents to train AI models. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Nothing without your say-so
Subzero surfaces subscriptions and suggests cancellations. We do not cancel any paid service on your behalf without your explicit authorisation and, where applicable, a final confirmation step in the app.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Connect an inbox you don't have permission to connect.
- Probe, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to bypass rate limits, security or authentication.
- Use Subzero to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or send spam.
- Resell, sublicence or wrap Subzero as your own product.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or put other users at risk.
Third-party services
Subzero connects to Google (Gmail API) and, in future, Microsoft (Graph API). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies which govern your relationship with them. We're not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or actions you take inside them.
Beta features and changes
Parts of Subzero are marked "Coming soon" or shipped as previews. They may change, break or be withdrawn. We may add, remove or change features to keep the service secure, useful and legal. Material changes to these terms are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
You can leave at any time
Disconnect Google and delete your account from Settings whenever you like. We wipe everything we've imported within 30 days (rolling encrypted backups aside — those overwrite on schedule). We may also close accounts that have been inactive for over 24 months, after emailing you first.
Intellectual property
The Subzero name, logo, product design and code are ours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you — you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service. Feedback you send us can be used to improve the product without obligation.
No warranties
Subzero is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every receipt in your inbox will be detected.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Limitation of liability
Because Subzero is free, and to the extent the law allows, our aggregate liability to you in connection with the service is limited to £100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data beyond what we hold for you, or losses arising from any third-party service (like Google) changing, going down, or charging you for a subscription you didn't cancel.
Suspension and termination
You can end this agreement any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end it if you break these terms, if we're required to by law, or if we discontinue the service (with at least 30 days' notice where practical).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
